We will only check your file once you completed your order on the website, and make a payment. You can choose between different file check options as follows:

• Standard check (FREE): Our team will check your file regarding color, safety margin and dimensions. We will make small changes if necessary, and will send your artwork to production directly without confirmation before printing.
• Online Proof (FREE): We will email you a link to a PDF proof preview. Don’t worry, we won’t print your file until you check and approve it online. Take note that late approval can delay your order.
• Digital Proof (S$100): After receiving your Online Proof approval, we will prepare a print sample where you can check the quality. This will be ship to you using a courier service which will require 1-2 working days. You need to sign an approval in the package and send it back to us. If you have any questions on this, please don't hesitate to contact us. *Please note this is not offered for all products.
