Can I track the delivery status of my order?
The shipping confirmation e-mail that our system sends out when we shipped your products contains the tracking code of your order as well as a link to track your order.
What are the different available production and delivery methods?
Based on your needs, Gogoprint offers 4 different production methods. The standard production method takes one week. Express production takes five days. 48-hours production ensures that your products are ready for shipping 48 hours after you uploaded your artwork. 24-hours production ensures they are ready 24 hours after uploading your artwork. It is important to understand that Gogoprint can not guarantee these production dates since they are dependent on whether you respect the time limit on uploading your artwork.
As for delivery methods, Gogoprint always offers 1-day delivery.
What is the difference between the printing date and delivery date?
On the one hand, the printing date we provide represents an estimation of the day the production (printing) of your products will be finished. This depends on the production method you choose. On the other hand, the delivery date we show you represents an estimation of the date you can expect your products to arrive at the delivery address. Once again, it is important to understand that these dates are only estimates and depend on whether you respect the time limit on uploading your artwork and making payment.
Where can I find the production and delivery costs associated with my order?
Gogoprint offers standard production and delivery without surcharge on all orders. However, if you select one of the optional production methods, there will be a surcharge.
The additional cost associated with the optional production methods are shown at the end of the configuration process (on the Extra page), both in the selection boxes and the price table on the right.
Does Gogoprint deliver to all of Singapore?
Yes, Gogoprint does deliver to all of Singapore.
Is it possible to change the production and delivery options for my order once the order has been placed?
Once you submit your order, it is no longer possible to change the production and delivery options of your order. Before going on with your order, please make sure in your shopping cart that the configuration, production and delivery options you selected are the right ones.
I won’t be at the delivery address that I submitted during the order. What should I do?
Please call our customer service. Our team will happily update the delivery address for your order. Just make sure you have your order ID at hand.
Can I submit multiple delivery addresses for an order?
One order can only be associated with one delivery address. So if you want different items delivered to different places, you will have to submit and pay for multiple orders (which can have the same billing address, but different shipping addresses).
